霍山黃芽，是安徽省霍山縣特產，明代，霍山黃芽被列為貢品。
 
外形挺直微展，色澤黃綠披毫，香氣清香持久，湯色黃綠明亮，滋味濃厚鮮醇回甘，葉底微黃明亮。這茶茶條形緊密，形如雀舌，顏色金黃，白毫顯露，湯色黃綠，香醇濃郁，有板栗香氣。
 
霍山四季分明，地勢由東南向西北傾斜，並間有一些小型的河谷盆地。海拔500-800米，山體坡度較緩，土地肥沃，水源充足，適宜茶樹生長。
 
這裏雲霧充足，雨水充沛，空氣相對濕度大，晝夜溫差大，土壤疏鬆，土質肥沃，林茶並茂，生態條件良好，極適宜茶樹生長。
 
霍山自古多產黃茶，在唐時為餅茶；明清之時，均被列為貢品。霍山黃芽一般在穀雨前後二三日採摘，標準為一芽一葉至一芽二葉初展鮮葉。經殺青等工序製作而成。

The altitude is 500-800 meters, the slope of the mountain is relatively gentle, the land is fertile, and the water source is sufficient, which is suitable for the growth of tea trees.
 
There are abundant clouds and fog, abundant rain, high relative air humidity, large temperature difference between day and night, loose soil, fertile soil, luxuriant forests and tea, and good ecological conditions, which are very suitable for the growth of tea trees.
 
Huoshan has produced a lot of yellow tea since ancient times, and it was cake tea in Tang Dynasty; it was listed as tribute in Ming and Qing Dynasties. Huoshan yellow buds are generally picked two or three days before and after Grain Rain, and the standard is one bud and one leaf to one bud and two leaves for the first fresh leaves. It is made by finishing and other processes.
