Huoshan Huangya yellow tea is a special product of Huoshan County, Anhui Province. In the Ming Dynasty, Huoshan Huangya was listed as a tribute.


The shape is straight and slightly stretched, the color is yellow-green, the fragrance is long-lasting, the soup is bright yellow-green, the taste is strong, mellow and sweet, and the bottom of the leaf is yellowish and bright.


Huoshan has four distinct seasons, the terrain slopes from southeast to northwest, and there are some small valley basins in between. The altitude is 500-800 meters, the slope of the mountain is relatively gentle, the land is fertile, and the water source is sufficient, which is suitable for the growth of tea trees.


There are abundant clouds and fog, abundant rain, high relative air humidity, large temperature difference between day and night, loose soil, fertile soil, luxuriant forests and tea, and good ecological conditions, which are very suitable for the growth of tea trees.


Huoshan has produced a lot of yellow tea since ancient times, and it was cake tea in Tang Dynasty; it was listed as tribute in Ming and Qing Dynasties. Huoshan yellow buds are generally picked two or three days before and after Grain Rain, and the standard is one bud and one leaf to one bud and two leaves for the first fresh leaves. It is made by finishing and other processes.


In the Ming Dynasty, Huoshan Huangya was listed as a tribute.
